Cheryl Keedy – Director of Package Innovation
Cheryl Keedy joined the Production Solutions team in 1995, beginning her career in project management and earning the management position of Team Leader in 1998. She was soon promoted to Group Director and managed multiple teams of project managers servicing the implementation needs of a large number of national and regional non-profit organizations.
In her current position as Director of Package Innovation, Cheryl leverages 14 years of direct mail management and postal solution expertise to audit current package formats, research new product offerings and technologies, and provide suggestions for alternative formats and improved production processes for a diverse array of client direct mail programs. Cheryl’s focus is to promote an ‘awareness’ of direct mail trends, processes, formats and products that help give PS clients a strategic advantage. In addition, through a select partnership between Production Solutions and a USPS Business Service Network Representative – a relationship only available to premier and national clients — Cheryl is afforded priority support that enables her to address USPS-related questions and issues quickly and accurately.
As an active member of the Direct Marketing Association of Washington (DMAW), the Association of Direct Response Fundraising Counsel (ADRFCO), the Direct Marketing Fundraising Association (DMFA ) and PostCom – The Association for Postal Commerce, Cheryl is a frequent speaker at industry events, sharing her expert knowledge of production management, package format development, data hygiene, postal logistics and package sustainability. Most recently, Cheryl was selected to participate as an Association contact and consultant for ADFRCO in MTAC – the Postmaster Generals Mailers Technical Advisory Committee.
Cheryl is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and resides with her family in Loudoun County, Virginia.
