Patrick McVean – Director of Business Development

Patrick McVean is a seasoned veteran in the direct-mail marketing industry. He cut his teeth working in the membership department at the respected nonprofit Citizens Against Government Waste (over 600,000 members and supporters), facilitating its database management and membership communications from 1997 to 2000.

Patrick joined Production Solutions in 2002 as Project Manager, overseeing the procurement of multiple clients’ production needs. He was promoted to Account Manager in January 2005 and later that year Patrick was promoted to Team Leader, managing a staff of 5 and overseeing their development and the production management of over 18 clients.

Patrick became PS’s first Director of Client Services in May of 2008 and is responsible for ensuring that PS clients receive the accurate, responsive customer service they deserve, while keeping their long-term strategy in mind. He currently works with large cache clients such as Habitat for Humanity, Heifer International, and the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.

Patrick holds a B.A. in Communications from George Mason University and is an active member of the Direct Marketing Association of Washington, DC (DMAW).
