Scott Chapman – Director of Business Development

Scott Chapman joined Production Solutions in 2007 as a Director of Business Development. His tenure in the direct marketing industry exceeds 25 years. He started his direct marketing career in IT, designing programs for managing nonprofit databases and other programs for the Arthritis Foundation and other companies, both nonprofit and commercial.

After many years working in the technology side of direct mail, he started his own company, Chapman Data Services in Dallas, Texas, providing data services and management of direct mail packages. After 13 years of continued growth, he sold Chapman Data Services and opened another company in Dallas, Hilltop Direct Marketing Services. Hilltop DMS not only had IT capabilities but also a complete mailshop that enabled him to provide more comprehensive client services.

After selling Hilltop at the height of its success, producing several hundred million pieces annually, Scott decided to relocate to the Washington, DC area and focus exclusively on providing services for nonprofits.
