Wayne Lizama – CFO/COO

As CFO/COO of Production Solutions, Wayne Lizama has been able to leverage his wealth of knowledge and well-rounded experience in the direct marketing marketplace to help align PS’s organizational growth strategy with its client needs and expectations. He started his direct marketing career in 1983 at a leading direct mail firm and was instrumental with the restructuring of its production services department to better meet the needs of the organization as well as their clients. After 4 years of service and earning the title of Senior Production Manager, Wayne transition his role from buying and managing services to the service provider side of the business.

Wayne worked in sales, finance and client service for print and data management companies and then as CEO of a cashiering and management company. After building a solid, industry-diverse bank of experience, he was recruited back to the previous firm as the Vice President of Production Services.

Wayne joined Production Solutions in 1993 to provide his expertise in the areas of production, finance and human resources, with the goal of translating corporate efficiency into increased client cost savings. In 1999 he became Partner and is currently the managing partner for its Production, HR, Finance, Legal, Administration, and IT departments.

Wayne enjoys volunteering for his church, at both his sons’ schools, and with Northern Virginia Family Service, a not-for-profit outreach program that helps families become part of a healthy growing community. He has also participated in numerous Habitat for Humanity building projects.

Wayne resides in Vienna, Virginia with his wife, Debbie and sons Christian and Austin.
