Doug Benson—Director of Business Development

Doug joined Productions Solutions as Director of Business Development in 2010. He is responsible for developing new client relationships for PS throughout the Midwest and West Coast region and is based in Chicago, IL. Early in his career, Doug established constituent outreach centers for members of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives which served as bridges between legislators and constituents. Recognizing his passion for “one to one” communications, he turned to a private sector career in advertising and direct marketing.

In the two decades that followed, Doug’s sales and management responsibilities helped him to hone his marketing and advertising skills. His work for some of Chicago’s largest direct marketing firms exposed him to the full cycle of direct marketing, from consumer research to response-oriented advertising across all media. Doug has held positions in entrepreneurial and large corporate environments and has worked for clients ranging from start-ups to “Fortune 100” companies.
