Patrick McVean – Senior Account Strategist

Patrick McVean became Production Solutions’ first Director of Client Services in 2008. He is responsible for ensuring that PS clients receive accurate, responsive customer service based on a thorough understanding of their strategies. A direct mail marketing industry veteran, Patrick joined PS in 2002 as a Project Manager overseeing the procurement of client production needs. He was promoted to Account Manager in early 2005 and later that year became a Team Leader, managing a staff of five which manages production for multiple clients.

Earlier in his career, he worked in the membership department of Citizens Against Government Waste in Washington, DC, focusing on database management and membership communications. Patrick is an active member of the Direct Marketing Association of Washington, DC (DMAW).
