Wayne Lizama – CFO/COO

Wayne Lizama, a partner, CFO and COO of Production Solutions, joined the firm in 1993. He currently oversees the company’s production, HR, finance, legal, administrative and IT functions. Early in his career, he served as Senior Production Manager of a large Washington-area fundraising firm and later became the firm’s Vice President of Production Services.

Wayne also has business and management experience in several sectors of the direct marketing industry. He has worked in sales, finance and client services for printing and data management companies, and has been CEO of a cashiering and management firm. With this experience, he has helped Production Solutions structure and organize in order to maintain its long, steady growth pattern.

In the community, Wayne has been a volunteer in the St. Joseph Parish in Herndon, VA, with Northern Virginia Family Service, Habitat for Humanity, the Guam Society of America and its Roberto L.G. Lizama Memorial Classic. The Classic, a golf tournament named for his late father, raises funds to support scholarships and Chamorro social and cultural programs.
