Production Solutions staff came together last week for employee connection events focused on learning, development, and team building. Executive staff and senior management at Production Solutions completed a 10-week training program that culminated in an in-person session with Jennifer T. Long, Certified Master Coach and President of Own Up!®. The program focused on driving change, fostering accountability, and building strategies to strengthen employee engagement and ownership. These skills ensure that we continue to deliver the outstanding client experiences that set Production Solutions apart. To close the program, President Ben Harris encouraged the team to maintain a growth mindset and embrace change across the workplace and the direct mail industry as transformation accelerates.
Meanwhile, PS team members engaged in collaborative activities exploring what it means to be a team through action, trust, and shared purpose. Team members participated in a variety of team-building exercises that encouraged collaboration, strategic thinking, and creativity while connecting with colleagues from different departments. Working through the exercises together also brought opportunities to learn something new about fellow employees, along with plenty of lively conversations.
