Anita D’Souza

Accounting Manager
Anita D’Souza, a dynamic professional, has been serving with PS since 2020. With 12 years of experience in Billing, Account Revenue Cycle, Sales, Retention, Client servicing, and Team management across organizations. Anita is a go-getter – she is a powerful listener, incredibly tactful, she finds a solution no matter what, and she contributes to a positive culture. Anita values leading by example, accountability, and integrity above all. Anita always ends a conversation with a smile. ​ Anita has a background in Accounting and Economics, she is from India, and she currently lives in Silver Spring, MD. She loves cooking different cuisines, and she believes in eating healthy and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She speaks English, Hindi and Marathi, her favorite food is sushi, and her favorite show is Game of Thrones!

Ann Saetern

Billing Specialist
Ann, a compassionate team player, is a Billing Specialist, and has been serving with PS since 2017. Ann is from Suisun City, California, and she moved to the East coast to help start a church in Fairfax that focuses on collegiate ministries. In her spare time, Ann enjoys taking walks, hiking and singing. Ann also likes to spend time with her fiance and she loves to cook and share the Southeast Asian food that she grew up with, with others. Ann has over 4 years of experience in our industry, and her background in both AR & AP combined with event coordinating made her a great addition to the PS family. Ann enjoys working with the team to provide unmatched service to our clients while being a part of something that makes a difference to the world. Ann’s growth mindset contributes greatness to her team each day.

Ashley Reid

Billing Specialist

Ashleycompassionate team player, is a Billing Specialist, and has been serving with PS since 2020. Ashley is a valuable asset to the PS team, as her attention to detail, multitasking skills, and organizational skills prove that she is invested in success and empowering her team. Ashley is passionate about inspiring people to give with her positive attitude, flexibility and her attitude that problem-solving is key to hold in your skillset. Ashley loves serving for a company whose ultimate purpose is to create solutions to elevate people's experiences. 

Ashley lives in Manassas, Virginia and she loves to spend her free time with her girlfriend, Bryanna, her dog, Rello, and she enjoys getting creative with projects and crafts! 

Christian Lizama

Jr. Billing Specialist
Christian, a Junior Billing Specialist, has been serving with PS since 2018. Christian is from Vienna, Virginia and his hobbies include golf, snowboarding, hunting, camping and anything involving the outdoors. Christian lent a helping hand as a summer intern for several years before coming on full time as a Jr. Billing Specialist. He gained an extensive amount of experience and knowledge with a recent B.S. in Risk Management from Penn State University. Christian enjoys working under the leadership of people who share his enthusiasm for gaining and sharing knowledge. Christian’s positive and personal approach to his work is inspiring.

Damandeep Singh

Billing Specialist
Damandeep, a Billing Specialist, has been serving since 2020. He has experience in billing as he worked as a billing specialist at Fairfax Nursing Center, and he is skilled in coding and billing, detail-orientation, and billing software. Damandeep’s strong organizational and multi-tasking skills make him a valuable team player, and he values impeccable customer service experiences as a top priority. He believes strongly in communicating authentically and in pushing himself to learn and grow.​ Damandeep has a background in Business Administration, he is from New Delhi, India, and he currently lives in Centerville, Virginia. Damandeep is interested in traveling, cooking and learning about different cultures. Damandeep speaks 5 different languages – Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, English and a bit of Spanish!

Jennifer, an Accounting Specialist, has been serving with PS since 2015. Jennifer is from Warrenton, Virginia and she enjoys spending time with her daughter, Justyss. She’s currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Strayer University. Jennifer has over 20 years of medical billing experience and has managed worker’s compensation and client relations departments. Jennifer processes PS overhead payables and employee expenses. What she most enjoys about her job is the ability to participate in team unity and taking on new challenges. Jennifer provides opportunities and fosters a learning environment, which are invaluable skills for her team.

Jim, a motivated thought leader, has been serving with PS as a Billing Specialist since 2020. Jim has over four years of experience in the nonprofit industry and his positive attitude and authentic communication skills make him a valuable asset to the PS team!

Katie Spellman

Billing Specialist

Katie, a dedicated and supportive team player, has been serving with PS as a Billing Specialist since 2020. Katie has a background in billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Katie goes above and beyond the expectations of those she serves, and she is an authentic communicator. Katie is invested in success and this shows in her valuable work she contributes to the PS mission each day.

Katie is from Los Angeles, California, and she lives in Washington, D.C. She is interested in history, philosophy, politics, traveling, Muay Thai, and spending time with her black cat, Boris. Katie loves reading and reads an average of 6-10 books per month!

Ngoc Le-Huynh

Accounts Receivable Assistant
Ngoc, is one of PS’ two Accounts Receivable Assistants, and she has been serving with PS since 2019. Ngoc is from Vietnam, and her hobbies include spending time with her son, Bryan, traveling and shopping! Ngoc began pursuing Accounting in 2010, and she has gained a vast amount of experience that includes posting payments, reconciling postage summaries and processing bank transfers. Ngoc’s favorite task is reconciling our client’s postage, and her clients are CARE, ACS, FOTS, IRC, SOI, HFH, NPF and CHOA. Ngoc’s ability to stay calm and centered, while also defining clear expectations is one of the reasons why she is so valuable to the PS family.

Sanja Grubisic-Bosnjak

Billing Supervisor

Sanja, a passionate team player, is the Billing Supervisor and has been serving with PS since 2003. Sanja enjoys filling her free time making flower arrangements, gardening, traveling and cooking. Her favorite food is steak and her favorite holiday is Groundhog Day! With over 14 years in our industry, Sanja has gained experience in both PS and Bid to Print billing as well as package costs. She also assists with the training of new team members. What Sanja enjoys the most about her job is that she feels everyone has the same vision and has a strong dedication toward the company’s mission statement. Sanja’s has an ability to recognize and promote value and it is clear to the PS tribe that she is invested in success.

Soha Manalai

Accounts Receivable Assistant
Soha, is one of two Accounts Receivable Assistants, and she has been serving with PS since 2018. Soha is interested in browsing the internet for creative ideas, solving mathematical problems, reading scientific and informative books, going on walks, and watching her favorite TV show, Shark Tank. With three years in our industry, Soha worked as a Finance & Administrative Assistant, gaining experience with software such as Sage, Excel, Intuit, QuickBooks, and MySQL. Soha excels at working with formulas and finding efficient ways to format data. Soha has an inspiring and engaging attitude, and she recognizes and promotes value in her work.

Teresa Chichester

Director of Accounting

Teresa, our Director of Accounting, has been serving with PS since 2011. Teresa is from Fairfax, Virginia and she loves to spend her time with her growing family. Her favorite food is seafood, she enjoys going fishing, and she also likes DIY projects! With over 20 years of accounting experience, Teresa has worked with talented managers, directors, controllers and CFOs. She has been a key player behind the streamlining of processes to keep our department competitive in this Age of Acceleration. Teresa’s positive and personal approach, and her commitment to invest in success, is inspiring.

Thomas Rohan

Accounts Receivable Specialist

Thomas, a valuable team player, has been serving with PS as an Accounts Receivable Specialist since 2020. Thomas has over five years of experience in Accounts Receivable and has worked as the primary Accounts Receivable at a wholesale company where he led sales taxes, credit lines, and collection activities. Thomas is passionate about delivering impeccable customer service experiences. He treats others the way he wants to be treated, he does everything possible to ensure the customer is served properly and quickly so that they are free to move onto their next task, and he creates a worry-free environment for everyone involved.

Thomas lives in Vienna, Virginia and he loves spending time with his wife, Rachael, their dog, Taika, and their cats, River and Virtue. Thomas also enjoys video gaming and he considers his unique ability to be turn-based strategy games! 

Jaime McQueen

Marketing Director
With over 11 years in the marketing and advertising industry, Jaime is an experienced marketing professional. Her background in product management, digital marketing, web design and development, print production, project management and sales along with her unique blend of strategic, technical, business and creative acuity positions her to problem solve with a multi-faceted approach. She has a demonstrated history of building long-lasting, productive relationships, driving results and leading from her seat each and every day. Jaime has served as a PS team member since 2018. She telecommutes full-time from Virginia Beach, Virginia. She loves to spend time with her husband, Troy, their beagle, and rotating herd of rescue cats. Jaime is a proud board member of her local United Way Young Philanthropist Chapter and volunteers as a member of the Bridge Conference Marketing Committee. She has also served passionately with pet rescue work since she was a small child with her mother who instilled in her a deep love for animals. In her free time she loves to spend time at the oceanfront, ride her beach cruiser, try new recipes and play in her garden. Her favorite quote is from the great Audrey Hepburn, "to plant a a garden is to believe in tomorrow."

Joseph Gomez

Business Development Director
Joe, a Business Development Director, has over 40 years in the print and direct mail industry, and his ability to lead by example and to provide opportunities is inspiring. Joe offers a unique and valuable perspective, communicates authentically while practicing a positive and personal approach each day. Joe’s commitment to an impeccable service experience for his clients and his ability to recognize and promote value for both his team and his clients contribute to his greatness and success.​ Joe has been serving with PS since 2013. Joe is from Bayport, New York and he telecommutes full-time from Maryland. Joe enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach, watching sports, playing ice hockey and boating.

Katherine Gouldin

Brand Communications Associate
Katherine is PS’ Brand Communications Associate and she has been serving with PS since 2019. Living in Great Falls, Virginia, Katherine loves writing and reading about self-improvement topics, practicing mindfulness meditation, trying international cuisines, and learning about people’s stories. Katherine is passionate about philosophy and spiritual development, she lived in Italy for five months, and she has been skydiving twice and highly recommends it! Responsible for supporting and executing internal and external communications for PS, Katherine ensures consistent brand messaging and engagement. She supports PS leadership by writing the company Win Report and newsletters, gives a voice to the incredible work being accomplished at PS through blogs, manages social media and supports sales enablement activities. Katherine loves contributing to a mission that has purpose and makes a powerful impact.

Leigh Janis

Director of Sales & Brand Strategy

Leigh, a performance-driven leader, is PS’ Director of Sales & Brand Strategy and has been serving PS since 2015. Leigh is from Oakton, Virginia, and she enjoys spending time with her husband, Justin, their sons, Johnny and Luke, and their dog, Max. Leigh is interested in baseball, has coached basketball and plays volleyball. Leigh also enjoys doing and instructing yoga, loves Greek food and is a twin! Leigh has over eight years of experience in our industry with campaign and relationship management and client development. She is passionate about supporting clients, both internally and externally, and works cross-functionally to meet company and client goals. Leigh leads the Business Development and Marketing team gracefully and with confidence, she is dedicated to providing ambitious service, and she does so daily with an inspiring ability to keep a growth mindset.

Meg Ferguson, CFRE

Business Development Director

Meg brings more than 15 years of direct marketing, fundraising campaign and production management experience to the Production Solutions team. As a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), Meg has a strong track record in strategic creation and implementation of direct marketing campaigns for a variety of nonprofit organizations and sectors. She has managed creative strategy, copy, design, list and data selection/optimization processes, and utilizes campaign results to execute a variety of different testing strategies. Her experience working directly with clients, and her CFRE accreditation enable Meg to understand a broader scope of philanthropic fundraising, including relationship building, ethics, accountability and long-term sustainability. Prior to joining the nonprofit fundraising industry, Meg oversaw sales promotion and marketing for Nordstrom. She made the transition led by her desire to work with clients’ strategic planning and fundraising for critical causes. Meg is an educator, industry leader, speaker, active member of the ANA (formerly DMA), AFP, TNPA, and current Board Member for the DMAW. 

Meg grew up on the Chesapeake Bay in Havre de Grace and currently lives on the Magothy River with her husband, two sons and Mastiff-Labrador “daughter.”

Meredith Piemme

Business Development Director

Meredith, a passionate team player, is a Business Development Director and she has been serving PS since 2018. Meredith is from Centreville, Virginia, and she loves to spend time with her husband, Josh, and her kids, Gabe, Eli, Liz, and Maggie, and their dog, Belle. Meredith also enjoys travel, adventure, reading, making things and exercising. Her favorite holiday is Thanksgiving and she has a love-hate relationship with her minivan! Meredith has over 20 years of experience in graphic design and print, and over 8 years of experience in the direct mail and nonprofit industry. Meredith has a determination to ensure that each of her clients have an impeccable service experience, and her kindness and humor, and her ambition for investing in success are just some of the reasons why Meredith promotes such value in the PS family.

Patrick McVean

Business Development Director

A highly motivated team player, Patrick has been serving PS since 2002. With over 20 years in our industry, he brings an expertise of direct marketing, fundraising, and production management experience to the Production Solutions team. Patrick offers a unique and valuable perspective, communicates authentically and practices a positive and personal approach each day. He has a strong track record in strategic creation and implementation of direct marketing campaigns for a variety of nonprofit organizations and sectors. Patrick’s clients are fortunate to have him serving them and delivering impeccable service experiences around the clock. Patrick is deeply dedicated to the PS purpose and vision, and it shows in his relationships and his work. With his ample experience working directly with clients, Patrick understands a broader scope of philanthropic fundraising, including relationship building, ethics, accountability and long-term sustainability.

Patrick is from Vienna, Virginia, and he enjoys spending his time with his wife, two kids, and their dog. Patrick is a super fan of Bruce Springsteen and Sturgill Simpson, he loves world history and enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures.

Sarah Moxam

Marketing Coordinator
Sarah, our Marketing Coordinator, has been serving with PS since 2016. Sarah is from Ontario, Canada, and she enjoys spending time with her family and having outdoor adventures. Her favorite music artists are The Obsessives and Hall & Oates. Sarah has three years of experience in administration, her optimism and personal approach that she uses with all PS team members makes her a valuable asset to the team. Sarah supports staff by taking care of administrative and marketing tasks, all with an open mind and a dedication to listening with curiosity.

Scott Chapman

Business Development Director

Scott is dedicated to delivering the very best in customer service to his Production Solutions clients. With a passion for helping nonprofit organizations execute elegant and efficient direct marketing campaigns, Scott knows what a client or campaign needs from the get-go. With more than 30 years of direct marketing experience in software engineering, database, personalization and list process servicing, Scott brings a unique perspective and singular focus to our team.

Benjamin Harris

President
Ben, a remarkable leader, is PS’ president and he has been serving with PS for over 20 years. Ben leads fearlessly and from the heart, which inspires the PS team to do their absolute best work every day. He invests his time in the people and culture of PS, communicates authentically, and fosters a learning environment for his staff and leads by example, all while being supportive and patient to those he works. Ben is constantly inspiring and engaging his colleagues, and refers himself the “Chief Employee Officer”, with a people-focused approach. This leadership is what empowers PS’ thriving work and keeps our team in alignment with our mission.​ Residing in Alexandria, Virginia, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife, Brooke, and his three kids, Sadie, Adrian, and Tyler. He likes to exercise, have fun parties, and go to the beach in his free time.​

Drew Wilson

Senior Vice President of Operations

Drew is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Production Solutions and has been with the company since 2003. Drew leads the Production, Resource, and IT departments directing and executing the recruiting, training, and professional development of our core services personnel as well as working to improve client satisfaction, efficiency and capacity. Previously, Drew served as the Director of Continuous Improvement where he launched "PS University", our training and professional development division. Drew is active in the DMAW and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) ®. Drew focuses on ensuring the company thrives by making improvements each day to become the best company possible for PS employees, clients and suppliers. Drew’s commitment to PS’ strategic plan and his positive approach with everyone he works with is inspiring.

Drew telecommutes full-time from Saint Joseph, Michigan, and brings with him a background in sports marketing and public relations. Drew enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelly, his daughter, Hadley, and his dog, Baker. He is also interested in bowling and rooting for the New England Patriots!

Greg Albright

Chief Relationship Officer for Production Solutions and Moore DM Group

Greg, an impeccable leader, is the Chief Relationship Officer for PS and the Moore DM Group, and co-founder of Production Solutions. Greg is from Los Altos Hills, California, and he enjoys spending time with his husband, Wes, their rescue dog, Bailey, doing volunteer work, and he is a huge animal lover. With over 34 years of experience in our industry, Greg has helped to shape the direct marketing industry and to make an impact with his meaningful work. Greg’s positive and personal approach, his friendly and outgoing demeanour, and his ability to communicate authentically with everyone he works with contributes to his success and the greatness he has accomplished at PS.

Wayne Lizama

Chief Financial Officer for Production Solutions and Chief Administrative Officer for Moore DM Group
Wayne, a financial leader, is the CFO for Production Solutions and the COO for the Moore DM Group. Wayne is from Albuquerque, New Mexico, and he loves to spend time with his wife, Deb, his sons, Christian and Austin, and their dog, Sammi. Wayne also likes to golf, and he had orthodontic braces from the fourth grade through his junior year of college! Wayne oversees growth and sustainability initiatives to ensure PS is poised to meet the needs of our nonprofit and B2B clients. He has spent over 20 years building a nimble and fiscally responsible organization that understands the unique and financial challenges and goals of PS’ clients and positions them to focus on their missions. He stewards PS into the future and it is his job to maintain our stability in order to be an effective fundraising partner. Wayne’s positive and personal approach to the PS staff is inspiring and endearing.

Ashley Hector

Administration Coordinator

Ashley, an Administration Coordinator, has been serving with PS since 2007. Ashley is from Washington, DC, and she loves to spend time with her son, Jamil and to go shopping! With over 10 years working in administration, Ashley is dedicated to supporting the staff and taking care of administrative tasks. Ashley communicates authentically and her optimism and personal approach make her an outstanding asset to the PS family.

Denise Moxam, SHRM

Director of Human Resources & Engagement
Denise, a determined leader and PS’ Director of Human  Resources and Engagement, has been serving with PS since 2013. Denise has over 20 years of experience in Human Resource. Denise is a collaborative team player, she not only listens but really hears her team, and she inspires others by believing in them when they do not believe in themselves. Denise leads by example, and her idea of impeccable service is providing results that are above and beyond the expected. Denise's support and perspective of looking for new ways to help others and herself succeed and grow are motivating for all. ​
Denise is from Ontario, Canada, and she currently resides in Woodbridge, Virginia. Denise enjoys crochet, painting, spending time near a bonfire or a body of water, and watching suspenseful movies.  Denise's favorite pastimes include gardening and going to the beach to relax and refresh.

Gina Schurman

Senior Manager of Talent Development & Enhancement
Gina, an optimistic team player, is PS’ Senior Manager of Talent Development and Enhancement, and she has been serving with PS since June 2019. Gina has worked in organizational development and recruitment for over 30 years and is committed to creating an environment where staff is able to grow and flourish. Gina’s positive and personal approach and her authentic communication with her team and the rest of the PS family, are just some of the reasons that she is so valuable to the company.​ ​Gina is married with two children and has a Bernese Mountain Dog called Sophie. Born in the United Kingdom, Gina has lived and worked in seven different countries working for the British government as well as non-profit and for-profit organizations. Gina also enjoys painting, gardening and discovering new and interesting places to visit.

Robert Klimkiewicz, Jr.

Senior Manager of Learning, Development & Implementation

Robert is an optimistic and kindhearted Senior Manager of Learning, Development & Implementation, and he has been with PS since 2010. Robert has over 12 years of experience in our industry. Robert defines clear expectations, is supportive and patient, and is incredibly valuable with his technical expertise and his unique ability to create a learning environment for the company through developing efficient processes throughout the company. 

Robert is lives in Vienna, Virginia, and he enjoys spending time with his two children, Benjamin and Madeline, and their dog, Annie. Robert is also a talented photographer, and he is interested in Apple Computers and other gadgets.

Miss Vickie, a supportive team player, is an Executive Assistant and has been serving with PS since 1991. Miss Vickie is originally from Cleveland, Ohio, she loves to spend time with her daughter, Ashley, and her grandson, Jamil, she is active in her church community and choir, and she loves mentoring people to excel in their lives both personally and professionally. With over 35 years of experience in the Administrative field, Miss Vickie provides top level executive guidance. She uses a positive and personal approach, and a dedication to supporting each PS team member, proving a strong mentor to many. Miss Vickie makes a difference each and every day and it does not go unnoticed.

IT Manager
Dan, our dedicated and optimistic IT Manager, has been serving with PS since 2020. Dan has over a decade of experience in information technology working with manufacturing, medical, marketing, legal and nonprofit clients. Dan has held several technical and sales engineering positions within the managed IT services field, and he has extensive, hands-on experience planning, configuring, deploying, and maintaining on-premise and cloud infrastructures for the SMB market. Dan is passionate about helping others and loves to show people how to use technology to make their jobs and lives easier.​ Dan is from Greencastle, Pennsylvania and he currently lives in Frederick, Maryland. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Shannon, sons, Levi and Isaac, stepsons, Gabriel and Liam, their dogs, Big Joe and Gru, and their fish, Larry!

Junied Altaf

IT Project Engineer III
Junied, our passionate IT Project Engineer III, has been serving with PS since 2016. Junied is from Pakistan, and he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, traveling, and playing pool, board games and card games. Junied is also interested in cricket, basketball, snooker, and watching sports. Junied says that his three personal goals in life are to live, love and learn. With over seven years of experience in IT, Junied’s skill set and growth mindset adds value to the PS family. His team effort and vision for success empower our company, and he is clearly invested in success.

Lourdes Ramirez

Senior Software Developer

Lourdes, PS’ Senior Software Developer, has been serving with PS since 2005. Lourdes is from Cuba, and she telecommutes from Miami, Florida. She loves music, swimming, cooking, reading and doing electronic crafts and experiments with her three children. With over 14 years of experience in our industry, Lourdes has a diverse skill set with software development, and she promotes value at PS each day. She provides opportunities, is always looking for areas of growth and she continually advances our software all with a positive and personal approach.

Mark Nichols

Director of Information Technology

Mark, our Director of IT, has been serving with PS since 2007. Mark is from Fairfax, Virginia, and he telecommutes full-time from Trinity, Florida. Mark enjoys spending time with his three children, building and fixing almost anything, working on classic cars, biking, watching sports, camping and watching live comedy. Mark has over 16 years of experience in IT consulting, and working with various technologies, proposing, designing, implementing, documenting and maintaining within the SMB market space across the United States. Mark manages PS’ overall design, support and maintenance of internal infrastructure and external service providers. He fosters a learning environment with his work ethic and he promotes value in all his work.

Alice Herman

Account Manager
Alice has been serving with PS since 2016 as an Account Manager. Alice currently lives in Sterling, Virginia, and some of her favorite pastimes include painting portraits and selling them through her Etsy shop, and going to concerts. She also enjoys stand-up comedy shows, seeing new movies and listening to podcasts. Alice has been in the industry for over five years and her clients include Trout Unlimited and Drum. Alice’s confidence and ability to recognize and promote value for her clients contributes to the meaningful work she accomplishes everyday.

Alice Taylor

Senior Account Manager

Alice, a dedicated team player, is a Senior Account Manager and has been serving with PS since 2017. Alice is from Richmond, Virginia, where she telecommutes from her home full-time. SOme of Alice’s favorite pastimes include traveling and reading. She also enjoys spending time with her two children, Charlie and Layne, and their black lab mix, Roxy! April is an Account Manager and has been serving with PS since 2018. April works remotely from Palmer, Alaska, and enjoys spending time with her dogs and horses, as well as driving horse-drawn carriages in downtown Anchorage. Don, an enthusiastic leader, is a Production Director and has been serving with PS since 2012. Don is from Owings, Maryland, and he enjoys watching his son play lacrosse and run track, going to the library with his daughter, doing boot camp and spending time with his wife and friends. He is also active in his church community, is the youngest of seven, served in the Air Force for four years and lived in Turkey for 18 months, which he calls one of the best experiences of his life. Don has over 30 years of experience in the industry, and when he reached PS in 2012 he felt he reached home, calling PS the mecca of Direct Mail Production. He utilizes his experiences and continued growth to setup clients, suppliers and Production Solutions for success.

Ella, an extraordinary leader, is a Production Director and has been serving with PS since 2010. Ella lives in Chevy Chase, Maryland, and she enjoys going on walks, going to the theater, reading books, traveling and practicing mindful living. Her favorite holiday is New Years, she is fluent in Polish and her favorite movie is Pretty Woman! Ella has gained over 25 years of experience focusing on collaboration, cost savings, efficiencies, and technology from an innovative and environmentally friendly approach. She has special expertise in newspaper/ magazine advertising, direct mail, out of home, collateral and premiums. Gigi, a resilient leader, is a Production Director and has been serving with PS since 2012. Gigi has been in the industry for over 30 years. She spent 10 years in print sales, has seven years of agency experience as a Production Director before joining the PS team, and worked eight years as a Customer Service Director/Production Director in printing and mailshop facilities. Gigi has a business management background, and her growth mindset, optimism and ability to provide opportunities and empower her colleagues adds tremendous value to the PS team. 

Gigi says that her dog, Max, lives in the “lap of luxury,” whom she enjoys spending time with. Some of her favorite pastimes include golfing, skiing and wine tasting.

After receiving her BS in Accounting, Mi-Hyon went on to gain 18 years of experience in the direct mail and nonprofit industry. Mihyon’s clients are MSF, Task Force and Earthjustice, and she works diligently to accomplish her goals with a positive and personal approach.

Michelle, PS’ Senior Manager of Strategic Development, has been serving with PS since 2013. Michelle is from Woodbridge, Virginia and she telecommutes full-time from Orange, Virginia. Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, singing and papercrafting! Michelle has over 10 years of experience in our industry, and she has worked with more than 10 of PS’ clients, including the Wildlife Land Trust, National Jewish Health, Heifer International, The ALS Association, HelpMeSee and Special Olympics. Michelle works on developing PS’ strategy and her dedication to communicating authentically and investing in success are just some of the reasons that Michelle is such a valuable asset to her team.

Michelle Janssen

Account Manager

Michelle, an Account Manager, has been serving with PS since 2019. Michelle has over 25 years of experience in our industry, in production management, account management, strategy and data to develop and execute direct mail campaigns from conception through delivery. Michelle’s honesty and solution-based thinking make her a valuable asset to the PS team. Michelle believes that excellent customer service equates to making every day as easy as possible for her clients. Trying to think ahead for what they need or will ask for and being ready to deliver for them at all times. Michelle is passionate about serving nonprofit organizations because it reminds her that there is always a way to help others and pay it forward. Always positive and personal, Michelle says that a positive outlook and positive energy are contagious in all aspects oflife.

Michelle lives in Furlong, Pennsylvania, and she has a background in English. She is interested in running and yoga, and some of her favorite pastimes are going to the beach, paddle-boarding, and watching Netflix. 

Paul Cornetta

Production Director
Paul, a dedicated leader and Production Director, has been with PS since January 2011. With 23 years of experience in magazine production in multiple different positions, Paul’s expertise in the industry is unmatched. Paul served PS as an Account Manager before transitioning to a Production Director, where his passion and insights into direct mail shine through to his team and his clients. Paul’s clients, Special Olympics International, National Parks Foundation, American Lung Association, Easter Seals, American Foundation for the Blind, Pet Partners, are fortunate to have him. Paul is the father of 4 children. He models the Modern Family TV show. He and his wife Liz enjoy time with the son Alex and Paul’s grandson Luca who is 9 months older than Alex. Paul has an interest in history, supports the NY Mets and Giants and Italian food is his favorite.

Rebecca Kalagher

Senior Account Manager
Rebecca has been serving PS as a Senior Account Manager since 2019. Telecommuting from her home in Wethersfield, Connecticut, Rebecca enjoys playing with her two sons, Calvin and Spencer. Sara Coggins

Account Manager

Sara is a performance-driven team player and she has been serving with PS since 2016 as an Account Manager. From Minneapolis, Minnesota, Sara telecommutes full time. Sara loves golfing, going to shows at the Kennedy Center and sailing in her free time. She routes for Arizona State football and her favorite foods are kale, and anything Thai! Sara has been in the industry for seven years, and she consistently leads by example using impeccable client care. Sara works directly with Lambda Legal, SOS Children’s Villages, FONZ, NMAI, SSCS and Baptist Health-Miami Cancer/RTD. Her optimism and friendly demeanor are some of Sara’s strong-suits.

Shannon Kenny

Account Manager
Shannon, a reliable and organized Account Manager, has been serving with PS since 2018. Shannon has over six years of experience in the industry, and she previously worked at as a Production Manager at a political and non-profit direct marketing agency, and as a Senior Production Specialist at an automotive marketing agency. Shannon practices patience, and her unique ability is mastering excel spreadsheets for cost comparison, scheduling her week, and anything to make her team and clients' jobs easier. To Shannon, impeccable customer service experiences consist of transparency and open communication with our supplier partners and clients. Shannon is passionate about her occupation of ultimately serving nonprofit organizations because she values focusing on restoring and retaining our country's history and historical places. One of Shannon's strongest suites is communicating authentically – she believes that the best way to serve our client is through transparent communication and honesty.​ Shannon lives in Sterling, Virginia, and she is particularly interested in any and all science fiction, 60s music and cooking! She enjoys spending her free time reading, watching movies and making jewelry. ​

Account Coordinator
Shantelle serves PS as a Package Sample Coordinator. She has been with PS since 2017, and she enjoys spending time with family, reading, watching football and going to social events with friends. Shantelle is a Dallas Cowboys fan, her favorite TV show is the Big Bang Theory and her favorite holiday is Memorial Day! Shantelle’s supportive and patient attitude that she practices on a day to day basis is her unique capability. She is calm and centered which enables her team to work together seamlessly.

Sharon Wobie

Senior Account Manager

Sharon is a customer service expert and a Senior Account Manager here at PS. She has been serving PS since 2010, and she enjoys spending time with her kids, Taylor and Katie, and their lab mix. Sharon received her BS in Communications and has over 15 years of print experience. She has spent more than six years managing Direct Mail with Production Solutions, and her client is Heifer International. Sharon has a positive intent and honesty, and she seeks to provide opportunities for her clients and teammates.

Shelby Robertson

Account Manager
Shelby is a optimistic thought leader, and she has been serving PS as an Account Manager since 2019. Shelby telecommutes full-time from her home in Maypearl, Texas, where she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her three children, Colton, Riley and Payton. Shelby loves watching her kids’ sports games, and she is a fan of the Dallas Cowboys! Shelby’s clients are Help Me See and International Federation of Christians and Jews, and she has worked in the industry for over 21 years. With a confident yet gentle approach, Shelby makes a positive impact on her clients and teammates.

Sherri Raines

Senior Account Manager

Sherri is a performance-driven Senior Account Manager and has been serving PS since 2015. In 1992 Sherri began work in the industry, and she has worked in the printing/direct mail sector with experience in sheetfed, web and industrial screen printing as well as account management. Sherri’s confidence with her accounts and her ability to understand and convey her client’s vision are just some of her best contributions to her team. Sherri brings expertise and a devotion to excellence to her job. Her attention to detail, genuine desire to deliver impeccable customer service and dedication to meeting deadlines has made her a valuable team member at PS and an enormous asset to the clients she serves. 

Sherri telecommutes from her home in Richmond, Virginia, where she loves to spend time with her significant other, Michael, and their beagle rescue, Parker. She also enjoys home improvements and making the home and yard beautiful.

Steffen Weeber

Account Manager

Steffen, a positive thought leader, is an Account Manager and has been serving PS since 2020. Working remotely from Portland, Oregon, Steffen love a fast-paced work environment and is a great team player and communicator. Steffen has over 14 years of experience in the industry, and his clients include Smithsonian Institution and CARE. Steffen's positive and personal approach paired with his drive to deliver impeccable customer service experiences makes him an invaluable asset to PS.

In his free time, Steffen loves to do outdoor activities and be active! He is also fluent in German and French.

Stephen Prasser

Senior Account Manager

A dedicated Senior Account Manager, Stephen has been serving with PS since 2007. In 2015, Stephen retired from the Air Force Reserves after 30 years of service in five different branches of the military. Stephen is also a wine enthusiast, enjoys traveling and he loves Italian food! Stephen has supported the clients, Habitat for Humanity, Trout Unlimited, The Humane Society of the United States, The Nature Conservancy, Alley Cat Allies, City Harvest, Judicial Watch, and Smithsonian’s National Museum of the American Indian. Prior to working at PS he worked in multiple civilian sector industries, and all of his experience has evolved Stephen into a positive and personal thought leader with an investment in success.

Steve Perkins

Senior Account Manager
Steve has been serving PS as a Senior Account Manager since 2016. Steve is from Pennsylvania and he telecommutes from his current home in Dublin, New Hampshire. Some of Steve’s favorite pastimes include kayaking, mountain biking, snowshoeing and hiking. Steve’s favorite movie is Star Wars and his favorite TV show is Breaking Bad! Bringing 18 years of direct marketing experience, and seven years of Production experience to PS, Steve recognizes and promotes value for everyone he works with. Some of Steve’s clients include Rails to Trails Conservancy, Capital Foodbank, Friends of the National Zoo and Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Foundation.

Susan Dunham

Account Manager
Susan is a results-oriented, marketing and production professional, and has been serving with PS as an Account Manager since 2020. Susan is experienced working in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment. She is a loyal team player with excellent time management, communication and organizational skills. Susan has over 25 years of experience in the industry, her background includes working at print and mail shops in the New England area as an Account Manager, focusing on customer service. She has experience with non-profit organizations, educational institutions and health care companies, managing their direct mail campaigns and print needs. ​ Susan telecommutes full time from her home in Burlington, Vermont overlooking the Green Mountains. She enjoys HGTV, spending time with family, traveling and summer weekends at the family lake house on Lake Champlain in Vermont. ​

Virginia Canard

Senior Account Manager

Virginia is a Senior Account Manager and she has been working with PS since 2012. Virginia is from Philomont, Virginia, and she loves to spend time with her kids, Mckenzie and Reilly, and her horses, corgi and cat. Virginia is also interested in photography and volleyball, her favorite food is Mexican and her favorite TV show is Grey’s Anatomy. Alex Newell

Senior Sourcing Manager

Alex, PS’ Sourcing Manager, has been serving with PS since 2017. Alex is from Wethersfield, Connecticut and he telecommutes full-time from his home in Maine. Alex enjoys spending time with his wife, Diane, and two kids, Liliana and Camden, reading, mountain biking and golfing. He has also traveled to more countries worldwide than US States, and he once circumnavigated the globe. Alex has over 12 years of experience in our industry, specifically with printing and mailing. Andrea Bentley

Andrea, PS’ Director of Supplier Relations, has been serving with PS since 2007. Andrea is from Leesburg, Virginia and she enjoys spending time with her husband and her daughter, Samantha. Andrea likes to read and walk, her favorite sports team is the New York Giants, her favorite TV show is anything on Bravo and she loves mail! With over 27 years of experience in our industry, Andrea empowers her team and provides opportunities each day. Carolyn Angelini

Director of Resource and Postal Affairs

Carolyn, PS’ Director of Resource and Postal Affairs, has been serving with PS since 2016. Carolyn is from Randolph, New Jersey and she telecommutes full-time from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Carolyn enjoys spending time with her three kids, Crossfit, volunteering in her kids’ Cub Scout Pack and swooning over Mid-Century modern architecture and furnishings. With over 24 years of experience in our industry, Carolyn has a deep knowledge about sourcing and managing supplier relationship across various operational areas and a significant portion of her career has been focused on direct mail, fulfillment and postal topics.
