This decision means that the cost of a First-Class stamp, and other Market Dominant mailing services, will remain the same through the first half of the year. 

Market Dominant categories that impact our clients include: 

• First Class Presort Letters and Flats 

• Marketing Mail Letters and Flats 

• Business Reply Mail 

This is a positive development for the entire mailing industry, as it provides stability and predictability for your 2025 mailing strategies. The next potential rate adjustment will not occur until July 2025, giving you more time to plan your campaigns with confidence.
