Recently, Production Solutions came together to celebrate an important milestone: recognizing colleagues whose years of service reflect dedication, resilience, and a deep commitment to the work we do and the people we serve.
We are proud to recognize:
- 21 team members reaching the 5-year mark
- 8 team members reaching the 10-year mark
- 4 colleagues reaching the 15-year mark
Together, these milestones represent more than 245 years of experience across our organization. Each year reflects knowledge shared, challenges solved, and meaningful contributions to our clients, our culture, and one another.
Several themes stood out as we reflected on these milestones.

Many of our five-year honorees joined during a period of significant uncertainty, stepping into new roles during the pandemic and learning to build relationships remotely. They built trust, mastered complex direct mail programs and print production workflows, and helped clients navigate change with focus and optimism.
