Production Solutions’ Carolyn Angelini to Speak at ADRFCO Council Partners Luncheon During Bridge Conference

Insights on the issues shaping the future of nonprofit direct response fundraising.

Production Solutions (PS) is proud to announce that Carolyn Angelini, Vice President of Resource and Postal Affairs, will be among the featured industry speakers at the ADRFCO Council Partners Luncheon on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, from 12:00–2:00 p.m. ET at the Gaylord National Harbor during the annual Bridge Conference.

Hosted by the Association of Direct Response Fundraising Counsel (ADRFCO), the annual luncheon brings together nonprofit organizations and industry leaders for networking, education, and discussion around the issues shaping the future of nonprofit fundraising.

Representing Production Solutions, Carolyn Angelini will lead a session on Postal Politics, Rate Making, Congress, and Advocacy, providing attendees with a practical look at the policy, regulatory, and industry forces shaping the future of nonprofit mail.

Her presentation will explore what the Postmaster General, the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC), the USPS Board of Governors (BOG), Congress, and industry stakeholders are saying about the future of the mail system, and why advocacy remains critical to protecting an affordable and effective fundraising channel for nonprofits.

Carolyn will also share updates on USPS Promotions and the Mail Growth Incentive, discuss expectations for postal rate changes in the years ahead, and provide an overview of proposed White House requirements aimed at enhancing the tracking, visibility, and security of election ballot mail.

As one of the industry’s leading postal experts, Carolyn works closely with nonprofit organizations to navigate postal complexity, identify savings opportunities, and build resilient direct mail strategies. Her expertise helps organizations understand not only what is changing within the postal landscape, but also how to proactively respond and plan for the future.
