Meg Ferguson, CFRE, and Meredith Piemme at the TNPA Leadership Summit
What happens when more than 170 nonprofit leaders step away from the day-to-day to learn, connect, and talk candidly about the challenges facing the nonprofit sector?
That was the spirit of The Nonprofit Alliance (TNPA) Leadership Summit 2026 in San Antonio, where Production Solutions was proud to sponsor the event and be represented by Strategic Partnerships Directors Meredith Piemme and Meg Ferguson, CFRE.
Designed for senior nonprofit leaders, the Summit created space to look beyond immediate priorities and explore what leadership requires in an increasingly complex environment.
Leadership in a Changing Sector
The conversations tackled some of the most pressing issues facing nonprofit organizations today. Keynote speaker Alyson Van Hooser explored how leadership and impact are not defined by title or authority, but by self-awareness, trust, and the ability to influence others, especially during times of uncertainty. AI was another major focus, with the conversation moving beyond adoption to how leaders can build organizational fluency, experiment thoughtfully, and turn AI into measurable impact.
The Summit closed with Dondi Perysn, a local hero behind Found on the Guadalupe River, who shared a powerful grassroots story that brought the conversation back to what matters most: the missions behind the work and the impact one person can make.
Making Time for the Conversations That Matter
Some of the most valuable learning happened outside the formal agenda. For Meredith and Meg, the Summit provided something increasingly difficult to find in a busy year: time to really talk with nonprofit leaders. As Strategic Partnership Directors, their day-to-day work is rooted in understanding the priorities of clients and agency partners, navigating challenges, identifying opportunities, connecting resources, and strengthening relationships. The Summit created space to extend that work—deepening existing relationships, building new connections, and exchanging perspectives with senior leaders from across the nonprofit community. Those conversations provide valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities shaping the sector and help PS stay closely connected to both our partners and the broader community we serve.
That kind of meaningful exchange wasn’t accidental; it was built into the Summit by design. In her Day One recap of the TNPA Leadership Summit, TNPA’s Ann Hollingsworth described the event as an intentionally designed working gathering, giving experienced nonprofit executives space to step away from the urgency of daily demands and focus on the deeper work of leadership, both personal and collective.
Industry gatherings aren’t valuable simply because of what happens on stage. They’re valuable because they give us the opportunity to listen to the organizations we serve, understand what’s challenging them, and build the relationships that help all of us navigate change together.
Proud to Support TNPA
