Don started his career working for a sheet fed printer making plates and proofs then moved into sales for five years then managing the Customer Service, shipping and estimating department. After nine years, he moved on as the Director of Operations for a publishing company on Capitol Hill, where his team managed the direct mail and fulfillment for four book clubs, the publishing of New York Times Best Seller books, a weekly periodical and its direct mail, and monthly financial newsletters and their promotional efforts. After 10 years in that role, he moved on to the Agency world where he managed work and a team for non-profit direct-mail. Five years later he reached home at Production Solutions, where he calls the mecca of Direct Mail Production. He utilizes his experiences and continued growth to setup clients, suppliers and Production Solutions for success.
