Mi-Hyon, is a Senior Account Manager and an ambitious customer service agent. Mi-Hyon is from Monterey, California, and she currently lives in Reston, Virginia where she telecommutes full- time. Mi-Hyon loves songs that make her cry, is a closet Howard Stern fan and she unloads her shopping cart on the conveyor belt based on how she wants her items bagged! After receiving her BS in Accounting, Mi-Hyon went on to gain 18 years of experience in the direct mail and nonprofit industry.
